These terms cover your use of thecultras.com and anything you buy from The Cultras. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question about any of this, email kits@thecultras.com.

Who we are

The Cultras is an online store and football-culture site based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The store runs on Shopify.

Vintage shirts

Our vintage shirts are pre-owned unless the listing says otherwise, and most are one of one. Each listing shows the condition grade, photos of any flaws and the measurements. Please read them carefully before you order. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Every shirt we sell is authentic. If a shirt you bought from us turns out not to be genuine, our refund policy explains how we put it right.

The Club Shop

Club Shop pieces are printed to order for you. Sizes and fits are listed on each product page.

Drops and early access

Drops open at the time shown on the site. Socios may get early access before a drop opens to everyone. Items are reserved only once checkout is complete, not when they're in your bag. Being a socio is free and doesn't guarantee you any particular item.

The Collezione and offers

The Collezione is a personal collection. Most of it isn't for sale. Where a shirt is marked as open to offers, sending an offer doesn't create a sale or an obligation on either side. If we accept, we'll email you to arrange payment and shipping.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless the site shows another currency. Taxes, duties and shipping are shown or calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not on an order you've already placed.

If an item is listed at the wrong price, or turns out to be unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and either correct the order with your agreement or cancel it and refund you in full. We can also cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered in our shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our refund policy.

Club names, crests and brands

Club names, crests, kit makers' logos and sponsors' marks shown on the site belong to their owners. The Cultras isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, kit maker or sponsor. We sell original vintage shirts and our own designs.

Our content

The writing, photos, designs and logos on this site belong to The Cultras or are used with permission or under the licence credited with them. Please don't reuse them without asking. Sharing a link is always fine.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and running, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
