FAQ
Are the shirts authentic?
Yes. No fakes, no reproductions. Every shirt is checked by hand before it goes up: labels, crest, sponsor, stitching. If one ever turns out not to be the real thing, send it back for a full refund.
Are they worn or new?
Both. Most have been worn and looked after. Some still have their tags. Every listing says which.
What condition are they in?
Every shirt is graded, and any flaw is named and photographed. You see what we see.
Will it fit?
Check the measurements, not the label. Old sizes run differently, so every listing gives pit-to-pit and length.
Do you ship to me?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Prices show in Canadian dollars, US dollars, pounds, euros or Australian dollars depending on where you are. Everywhere else sees US dollars.
Will I pay duties?
Possibly. Any duties or import taxes your country charges are yours to pay, and we're not responsible for them. Check your local rules before you order.
Can I return a shirt?
No. All sales are final, like the whistle. These shirts are decades old and one of a kind, so read the grade, study the photos and check the measurements twice. If you're unsure about anything, ask us before you buy. We'd rather answer ten questions than have one shirt in the wrong home.
What's a drop?
A small release of 5 to 10 shirts, once or twice a month. Shirts also go up between drops, and you can buy those straight away. Get on the list to hear first.
What's the difference between the Galleria and the Collezione?
The Galleria is the shop: everything in it is for sale. The Collezione is the personal collection. Most of it isn't for sale at any price.
Can I make an offer on a Collezione shirt?
On some, yes. If a shirt is open to offers, you'll see a Make an offer button on its page. Hit it and tell us what you have in mind.
Do you buy shirts?
Yes. Send us the scouting report and we'll come back with an offer. One thing up front: we don't pay retail prices. If retail is what you're after, we'd suggest listing it yourself on eBay or similar.
What's The Club Shop?
Merch by The Cultras: tees now, more to come. Have a look.
What does it cost to become a socio?
Nothing, and it never will. It's our community, and it stays free. Take your seat.
