Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Canada, the United States, Mexico and most of Europe, plus the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, the UAE and Israel. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us at kits@thecultras.com and we'll see what we can do.

Vintage shirts (the Galleria and drops)

Every vintage shirt ships from Toronto. Each one is checked by hand, folded properly and packed before it leaves, and we aim to send it within 3 business days of your order. Every vintage order is tracked, and you'll get the tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

The Club Shop

Club Shop pieces are printed custom for you after you order, a bit like getting a new nameset on your favourite shirt. Printing takes a few business days before your order ships, and the delivery estimate is shown at checkout. Club Shop pieces ship separately from vintage shirts, so if you order both, they'll arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and what's in your bag, before you pay.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged duties or import taxes by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking stops moving, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at kits@thecultras.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and photos if anything is damaged. We'll chase it with the carrier and sort it out with you.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Once a parcel has left, we can't always redirect it.
